HOW WE WORK
1. Schedule an appointment
Book online or contact us to make an appointment. You may be referred by your specialist, GP or allied health professional; however, no referrals are required to see us.
Medicare and Private Health insurance rebates apply for all our services - please see more info our FAQ section.

2. Attend initial consultation
Your journey starts with an initial consultation with one of our Accredited Exercise Physiologists. We will conduct a comprehensive assessment which will include discussing your medical history and performing functional tests. This allows us to assess your physical capacity and prescribe an exercise program based on your needs, goals and fitness level.

3. Perform exercise session
After your initial consultation, you will attend a one-on-one session to go through your tailored exercise program.
You will then have the option to choose how you continue to exercise:
-
Supervised one-on-one
-
Supervised small group
-
Independently at home or your own local gym
Our exercise sessions are supervised in clinic or via telehealth.

4. Complete review assessment
We will conduct regular review assessments to monitor your progress and provide a report back to your referring GP or specialist.
